FURNITURE PLAN & SELECTIONS

• Draw CAD illustrations of furniture plans
• Select rugs if applicable
• Select multiple options for furniture selections and fabrics

PRESENTATION TO THE CLIENT

• Review furniture plans
• Review rug, furniture and window treatment selections – sometimes will review just a room or two to start
• Schedule a final meeting to review final selections and/or deliveries to home for merchandise on approval

METTING TO REVIEW PROPOSALS FOR SELECTIONS

• Collect deposits or payments in full on merchandise for ordering

PURCHASING AND PROCUREMENT

• Purchase orders are sent to vendors for special order merchandise or in-stock items are invoiced to Client
• All special order merchandise will be received by CDD and inspected
• All merchandise is stored by CDD until the Client is ready for delivery

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

• The Lead Designer and staff work with the delivery team to insure proper placement and installation of all items
• The time frame varies accordingly to installation size and difficulty
